Officer Bank Reconciliation

We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion to further an advanced career in our Finance Division. This role includes preparing various reconciliation reports, assisting company branch network with inquiries and solving problems, monitoring cash activity from the revenue system to the banking system, and related duties.

Job Accountabilities:

• Responsible in monitoring all indirect collections and perform reconditions
• Support the team to a smooth month-end closure process
• Monitor all branch cheque returns and give updates to relevant parties
• Responsible of monitoring branch cash book operation to ensure all the collections are banked
• Maintain cash books and relevant documents are sent as per the guidelines given in the branch procedure manual

Job Specifications:

• Completed Chartered or CIMA intermediate level
• A sound educational background with good A/L results
• Strong communication skills
• One year experience in Finance will be an added advantage
