Market Research Executive

(Customer Relations Management Department)

The Job: You will be responsible to gather customer insights for Market Research Surveys, Data Analysis, Gathering of Market Information, Preparation of product comparison and Market Research Surveys.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree from a recognised university in the field of Management / Statistics / Marketing
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Statical tools, SPSS will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills in English and Sinhala
• Willingness to visit customers and engage in field research when required
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field of Market Research
