Job Requirements:

• Degree in HR / MBA or a Professional qualification in HRM from a recognised institute will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Computer literate and highly proficient in MS Office
• Dynamic team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Sinhala
• Age between 20 - 30
• Target oriented and capability to perform under pressure
