Manager - Human Resources & Administration

Location: Battaramulla

We invite applications from highly accomplished individuals for the post of Manager - Human Resources & Administration at MAS Fabrics (Pvt) Ltd - Battaramulla.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all organisational manpower requirements are identified whilst attracting, selecting and recruiting suitable talent & monitored for continuous improvement of performance.
  • Oversee the Performance Management process of the company, guide and advise the management on all Performance Management aspects in order to ensure employee performance is monitored / rewarded in a consistent manner within the MAS holdings performance management framework.
  • Ensure that relevant policies, procedures and strategies with regard to Recruitment, Career and Succession Planning & etc are established and practiced across the cluster to ensure business continuity.
  • Oversee the preparation of the department budget and facilitate the formulation of other relevant budget (manpower, wage bill etc) for the organisation when required. Monitor and control same in order to ensure that expenses are in line with the budget.
  • Assist in the formulation of relevant pay policies, procedures ensure that they are implemented and provide advice and guidance to departmental managers on pay related issues in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and conduct pay and remuneration surveys when required.
  • Be up-to-date on the local legal framework - in respect to employee / employer relations.

Profile:
Ideal candidate would possess a Degree in Human Resources Management / Finance or Business Administration with 10-12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2-3 years in a similar capacity. Sound understanding of legal aspects pertaining to employment and labour relations will be an added advantage.
