Graduate Trainee - HR
The selected candidate will be required to engage with clerical work in import related finance activities & liaison with banks, import control department and related internal parties.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from a recognised university specialising in HR or full qualification in PQHRM
- At least one prior internship or work experience not less than 6 months
- Excellent communication skills (English and Sinhala)
- Well conversant in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines
- Capability to organise and coordinate with multiple teams effectively
- Should be below the age of 26
