Team Lead - HR

Key Responsibility:

• Lead business units as the People Advisor and support employees through the Employee Life Cycle
• Coordinate with Career Counsellors and Managers to enable the implementation of all HR Processes
• Understand the tools and resources available in Accenture and leverage them to execute and implement HR Process
• Ancho trainings and NJO sessions
• Coordinate the performance achievement and promotion process
• Direct the execution and implementation of major Human Resources processes e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration according to geography entity guidelines

Basic Qualifications:

• Part completed HR Professionals Qualification or Degree
• Additional Qualification will be an Added Advantage
• Should have minimum 5-6 years of HR related work experience

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on Employment Law is preferable
• Experience in Career management, performance management, compensation
• Facilitation skills
• Conflict management
• Programme Management
• Excellent oral and written communication
