Due to rapid expansion, and opportunity has now arisen for a Contact Centre Associate for immediate employment. Ideal candidate should be dynamic, driven with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.

Contact Centre Executive

Responsibilities Include:

  • Promptly attend to all customer queries via Call, Email, FAX, SMS, and Chat with a professional & courteous manner
  • Develop, support & ensure adherence to work instructions, policies, procedures & practices pertaining to the company & division
  • Enhance customer service and customer experience aligned with the organisation
  • Ensure the security of the customer data in the organisation's CSD system at its best

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / Certification on customer experience or equivalent professional qualifications in related field AND G.C.E. A/L is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Client Relations or Customer Service in delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Should possess excellent analytical, organisation, negotiation and people skils
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire confidence in all stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala, English. Knowledge in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
  • Computer literate with good report writing skills & ability to analyse, capture and present information effectively
  • Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently and with responsibility
  • Exceptional achiever in extracurricular activities
