Location: Burger King (Softlogic Restaurants Pvt Ltd)

Job Description:

  • Cover all the outlets Surprise collection Cash Counts / Credit Card sales verification
  • Verify that all transactions performed at the front counters have been correctly posted to the POS system
  • Verify that all charges posted from the Delivery POS Software to General POS system and also not missing
  • Conduct random stock counts
  • Participate for Month end Stock Counts
  • Analyst and provide detail report on Manager Discounts
  • Ensure redemption of Coupon / Gift Vouchers and other discount vouchers
  • Supervision of CCTV Recording as required
  • Maintaining daily log and update on special finding and Weekly Detail Report on findings

Qualifications Required:

  • Knowledge of accounting operations including all aspects
  • Prefer having part qualification of any professional accounting body
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical approach to problems
  • Professional demeanour and ability to work well with all levels of management
  • Personal Motorbike

 

  • Experience: One year experience in similar sized operation or Prior hotel accounting experience preferred
  • Remuneration: Negotiable
  • Other Benefits: Fuel Allowance / Personal Accident Cover
  • Age: Shall be above 30 years
