Emerald International, the established and fastest growing menswear brand in Sri Lanka is looking for a young, energetic, self-motivated individual for the Position of Sales Analyst cum Coordinator.
The Sales Analyst cum Coordinator's primary role is to collect, record and analyse sales and inventory data and present for management decision making using ERP system and MS Excel.
Sales Analyst cum Coordinator
Duties include:
- Preparation and monitoring of Monthly Sales Budget
- Coordination with the Sales Team to gather the Sales & Collection weekly commitment forecast
- Preparing the weekly Rep wise aging outstanding
- Analysing and collating Management Information reports
- Update and compile the monthly Dealer Performance (Area wise) report
- Prepare the monthly Team wise Sales & Collection report
- Analyse and compile visit vs. sales conversation report
- Coordinating with the Sales Team on new Dealer applications and related issues
- Work closely with the Sales Team on all aspects of sales related monitoring and back office duties
Qualifications & Experience:
- Part or full qualification of CIMA /A CCA or a relevant Degree with at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position. Familiar with ERP systems
Characteristics & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player with an inquisitive business mind
- Ability to extract critical and relevant data from ERP system and records meticulously
- Analytical, forecasting, planning and PC skills
- Ability to set priorities in a target driven culture and work under minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
