Graduate Trainee (Strategy and Risk) - Corporate Office
You will be part of the team responsible for Strategy and Risk Management at L B Finance PLC. You will be expected to provide assistant to the core team members through research and analysis essential in the development and implementation of corporate strategies aligned closely with the overall risk strategy of the Company.
Job Profile:
- Conduct market research on the industry; analyse competitor performance and benchmarking against peers
- Assist the performance evaluation of key business functions and support functions
- Periodic performance evaluation of key business functions and support functions
- Prepare periodic performance analysis reports for the management team
- Develop and monitor key risk indicators of the company
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a business management related discipline including Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration etc. from a reputed university
- Full or part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Knowledge in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage
