Manager - Finance 

Position Description:

• Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements 
• Co-ordinate with auditors for closing of US and statutory audits 
• Liaising with external auditors, bankers and statutory organizations 
• Prepare variance analysis on key business parameters 
• Manage the Payable process for the company 
• Prepare all required information for the purpose of income tax, VAT, ESC 
• Ensure to partner with the local management / operational needs through effective coordination and interaction with the Operations / Support teams, as and when required 
• Provide accurate information for preparation of annual budgets 
• Conducting Fixed Asset verifications and actuarial valuations 

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong conceptual and analytical knowledge in finance and accounting 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Experience:

• 7 or 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in IT/ITES industry 

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any Accounting and Finance and/or Professional Qualification in finance
