Management Trainees
This one-year Management Trainee Programme is designed to prepare SINGER's Future Leaders through extensive training and challenging tasks that will prepare them to progress as effective business leaders. The Programme will provide a candidate with ample exposure across all business functions in an accelerated learning environment. Upon completion of the Programme, all participants will be placed in a management position in the area of Business Process Improvement and given the challenge of developing methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
You will be the perfect candidate to rise to the challenges in this existing role if you meet the following criteria.
Requirements:
- Below 26 years of age
- Degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Supply Chain Management
- A relevant professional qualification such as CIMA / CMA / Six Sigma will be an added advantage
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities
- A fresh graduate or with not more than 1 year working experience
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
