Customer Service Coordinator (Female)
Responsibilities entail are:
- Ensure ea good ambience for elite clientele and the team alike
- God PR building skills and client retaining ability
- Along with team to Support and create a good working atmosphere for both staff and the client
- Constantly evaluate and suggest client service standards and new methods
- Ensure telephone is answered and all client appointments are coordinated efficiently
- Ensure stocks are maintained
Skills and proficiencies:
- Confident, self-motivated and fashion lead lady of above 30 years of age
- A very good communication skill in English is essential and the ability to inspire, informs, encourage and resolve issues
- Computer and Office package handling efficiently
- Ability to organise and plan the appointment calendar
- Efficiency to organise data and reports accurately & to analyse past and current performance and identify ways to improve
- Experience in similar background in local & foreign is an added advantage
