Customer Relations Executive
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service industry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing (English & Sinhala is a must), Tamil would be a definite advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- A professional qualification would be a distinct advantage
- A creative mind combined with the ability to find the best practical solutions
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
- Knowledge and skills in use of general computer literacy
- Ability to work under changing situations and interruptions
- Ability to maintain highly sensitive, confidential material
- Should be willing to work on shift basis
