Call Centre Assistant

Job Profile:

  • As the Call Centre Assistant you are expected to be dependable, organised and be a person with pleasing personality
  • Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Completion of G.C.E. AL is a minimum requirement
  • Previous work experience in the same category is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English, Sinhala / Tamil is necessary
  • Ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage
