We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Audit team as "Senior Audit Executive".
Senior Executive - Internal Audit
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify control gaps and process weaknesses and recommend improvements to the processes
- Provide Management with regular reports on Compliance and provide value added recommendations
- Schedule Audits, carryout Branch audits and report results to the Board of Directors / Management
- Completing the audit programmes steps with supporting working papers
- Continuous improvement of the audit programmes to ensure that the audit programme are up to date
- Maintain respectful and effective communication and relationship with auditees
- Participate in annual stock counts
Key Requirements:
- BSc. in Accounting / Finance or Banking
- Passed intermediate examination of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Sri Lanka
- 3-4 years of Internal Audit experience
- Experience in the financial sector would be a definite advantage
- Should be a proactive, detail oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills
