Customer Support Executive
Location: Homagama Office
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service & Client Management skills
- Person who can work responsibly and independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Age below 30 years
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work at home when required (Tab provided)
- Prior experience in customer care is an added advantage
- Preference given to those residing close the Athurugiriya / Homagama
Job Role:
- Achieving online sale targets quickly & effectively by responding & resolving customer issues via phone, email & chat (Online & Facebook)
- Writing contents for the web pages and the products available in the website
