Customer Service Assistant - Contact Centre

The Job:
The successful candidate is expected to carryout the duties in the life contact centre handling all internal and customer queries specially related to life insurance products mainly via telephone. You may also require to enter data to the system in related to the contact centre functions.

Person to be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

  • 3 Passes in G.C.E. A/L or any Diploma certificate from a recognised institute
  • Working experience in a call centre / tele marketing will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy
  • Willingness and ability to work on Shift Basis. (Females: Free from night shifts)
  • Voice clarity & courtesy and listening skills with service oriented mindset
  • A team player with dynamic personality and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil languages (Trilingual ability will be rewarded)
