Sales Assistant - Sales Division (Male Candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Any secretarial and administrative functions of the unit
• Assistance and coordination in bid/tender proposal preparation
• Updating sales related reports of the Senior Manager and maintain all required sales reports
• Coordinating with the various divisions, outside parties and foreign principals for necessary inputs
• Maintain good working relationships and encourage / support team work within the company

Eligibility:

• Male candidates only
• Proficiency in all MS Office packages
• Knowledge and experience in tender proposal process
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in tender proposal process
• A good team player with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Must be below 35 years of age and living with Colombo city limits
• Willing to work late hours when required
