Home Loans Centre Assistant

Job Profile:

  • Coordination of Customer, Legal, Technical, Sales, Credit and Insurance
  • Collecting and confirming all the relevant documents required for the loan process
    • Data capturing and preparation of Offer Letter and Loan agreement
  • Release of payments of recovery of all charges for legal, valuation, inspection, insurance premium, bank charges / fees and other bank settlement
  • Ensure that the banks risk is always covered and inform superior all times of any irregular findings
  • Ensure a valuation of the property is being done as per the Central Bank requirements by coordinating with customer, valuation offer and inspection officer
  • Ensure re booking of loans are done as per the bank / customer requirements as per the approvals

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a Bank, Financial Institute of Service Industry with exposure to similar category
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Product knowledge and selling skills
