Location: Nugegoda / Peliyagoda / Trincomalee

Siyapatha Finance PLC wishes to announce the above job opening which exists in the Finance Department in its Branches of Nugegoda, Peliyagoda and Trincomalee.

Job Profile:
Interacting with customers on day to day basis through emails, calls and personal meetings for settling outstanding payments related to recovery / collection issues. Engage in field visits in order to follow-up facilities with more than two months' outstanding with a view of reducing the arrears ratio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving recovery targets, an integral part of day to day operations
  • Scheduling field visits in order to follow-up on customers with more than two months' arrears
  • Investigate actual reasons for defaulting and give relevant information to the Head of the Recovery Department
  • Negotiate with customers by reaching an agreement to clear arrears, always trying to ensure that the maximum affordable is agreed
  • Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes

Experience & Qualification:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • 1-2 years experience in the field of collection / recoveries will be a distinct advantage
  • Possess a valid riding license
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
  • Professional part qualification from the Institute of Credit Management of Sri Lanka will be a distinct advantage
  • Age between 20-26 years

Remuneration:
Remuneration package is negotiable and would be in line with the applicant's experience and qualifications.
