Customer Services Executive
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in relevant field
- SLIM/CIM (optional)
- Interpersonal & PR skills
- Managing different stakeholders efficiently
- Quick turnaround time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill (Sinhala, English and Tamil - Optional)
- Help desk experience
- Experience in handling a customer loyalty programme
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing all Customer complaints / Inquiries (internal & external)
- Analysing customer complaints and rebates on a monthly basis and preparing timely reports to the management
- Planning and implementing customer service development projects
- Managing the loyalty programme
Salary - Negotiable
