Credit Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-ups on entire Travel Agents segment, visit travel Agents and collect payments
- Check daily Travel Agent bills
- Liaise with Travel Agents for the smooth functioning of the operation
- Check and set-off Travel Agents commission deductions
- Liaise with External Parties for smooth processing of the monthly bills
- Customer template - checking and sending to create codes
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A part qualification in the field of Accounting
- A sound academic background with G.C.E. A/L
- Very strong communication skills in both English & Sinhala (Verbal & Written)
- Sound knowledge in MS Office packages
