Executive - Human Resources

LAUGFS Gas is on the lookout for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who has the passion to work under a finace based working environment. The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for completing the end to end Recruitment and Learning & Development process. He/She will also be responsible for on time employee medical insurance claims and driving employee engagement activities within the SBU.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree or an equivalent qualification in HRM from a recognised institute. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity and excellent communication skills in English are necessities.
