Customer Relation Assistants
Locations: Wattala / Maharagama
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, clients and direct them for respective departments and personnel in person
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products and services
- Attending to customers customers and provide effective and efficient solutions constant basis
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly management reports
Qualification & Prerequisites:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity
- Pleasant personality along with customer focuses mindset
- Being courteous and friendly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Ability to work in an ERP based environment
