HR Executive

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Professional qualification in HRM from a recognised institution
  • Excellent command in English (written and oral)
  • Computer literacy

Experience & Abilities:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR in a reputed organisation
  • Overall knowledge on entire employee lifecycle is must
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations would be an added advantage
  • Should be assertive, self driven and be a Team Player with sound interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in dependently and world under pressure
  • Good knowledge in handling recruitment, Payroll, Industrial Relations
