Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and delegate their requirements with keeping any gaps / shortfalls
- Provide prompt and professional replies to all customers and update customer enquiries
- Improve the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable support and customer service
- Maintain effective customer care in order to enhance the good image of the company
Qualification, Experience & Abilities:
- Smart, energetic and an outgoing personality with exceptional public relation and customer handling skills
- A person who can work on customer focused culture and exceed customer expectations
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and flexible towards working hours
- Previous experience in the field of customer care would be an added advantage
