Customer Care Associates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and delegate their requirements with keeping any gaps / shortfalls
  • Provide prompt and professional replies to all customers and update customer enquiries
  • Improve the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable support and customer service
  • Maintain effective customer care in order to enhance the good image of the company

Qualification, Experience & Abilities:

  • Smart, energetic and an outgoing personality with exceptional public relation and customer handling skills
  • A person who can work on customer focused culture and exceed customer expectations
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible towards working hours
  • Previous experience in the field of customer care would be an added advantage
