Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to be part of our finance team in assisting the Accountant. Successful candidates should meet the following criteria.

• Age between 22 to 30 years (Preference will be given to residents of Galle)
• Part qualification in CIMA / ACCA
• 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Good command of English
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

Duties & Responsibility:

• Ensure proper Out Patients and Inpatient billing & Cash Collection, which ensures minimum of no revenue leakages
• Proper follow up of credit customers & make sure the on-time collection
• Providing management information
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register & valued asset register of the organisation
• Handling the Insurance Portfolio
• Ensuring prompt payment to suppliers & timely and friendly service to Internal Customers
• Managing Billing clerks, cashiers and the Accounts Clerk (Payments) is smooth functioning of the department
• Preparation of comprehensive financial reports
• Provides and directs procedures and systems necessary to ensure proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services
