Administration / Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate should possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification and a Diploma in Business Management from a reputed institute. A part qualification in SLIM and a Diploma in Graphic Designing will be advantageous. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity is essential to perform this role. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of English, computer literacy, ability to meet deadlines and ability to work within a team are key competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Coordinating all office maintenance activities
• Issuing and controlling stationary stock
• Assisting the management in cost control initiatives
• Ensuring all relevant product promotions are carried out
• Maintaining and improving the brand image of all products
• Maintaining on time renewal of service agreements
