Customer Care Assistants
Qualifications & Skills required:
- The ideal individuals must be team players, with the determination to take up challenges and work in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills combined with people handling techniques expected
- A sound educational foundation with G.C.E. O/L and A/L exams to back you up while good command of English language is a necessity. Fluency in Sinhala and knowledge of Tamil will also be an added advantage
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a necessity
- School leavers may also apply, however candidates with previous experience in a similar capacity will be given preference
- Male candidates below 30 years of age
