Executive - Business Development
The Job:
The job holder will be responsible to access and develop regional vending potential & fully implementation of Nestle quality management system in the field level for beverage solution business. Reporting to the Manager - Beverage Solutions, he/she will be responsible to identify, appoint and supervise Regional Franchises, supervising their operation to achieve estimated volumes (Vending pre-mixes) whilst developing long term customer relationships are some of key deliverables the selected candidate should perform. He/she will ensure maximum market penetration levels in the assigned territory.
The Person:
The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with 2-3 years' experience in Sales or Vending operations. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, good presentation / communication skills as well as the capability to work closely with others are some of the competencies which is must have. A Diploma in Marketing or Sales is prerequisite.
