Human Resources Development Manager

We are a well-established and Leading ISO Certified Manufacturing Company in the Plastics Industry with a manufacturing facility located North of Colombo, in close proximity to the City limits.

We are looking for an individual with the following attributes:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing organization
• Male or Female within 30 to 45 years of age
• Well conversant in all aspects of HR Management, including training aspects and HRIS
• Exposed to modern management tools, such as 5S and Quality Circles
• Knowledgeable in Labour Laws and good HR practices
• Proficient and able to word process in the English, Sinhala and/or Tamil Languages
• Possesses a good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to implement all necessities of the Organization
• Passionate about his/her job and is able to face challenges
