Senior Recovery Assistants

Job Profile:

• Support recovery of new Non Performing Assets
• Extensive travelling including outstation to attend Court cases / lead evidence, property inspections / valuation verifications and recovery visits
• Comply with legal requirements, internal policies and regulatory guidelines of the bank and other regulatory bodies
• Follow-up and rectify documentation lapses of pre-legal category accounts by identifying documentation shortcomings liaising with ARM under guidance of Supervisors
• Support, develop and maintain of MIS on all NPL portfolios by providing information on NP portfolio movement, preparing reports indicating progress made during the month / quarter
• Increase communication and team work across functions and to work cordially with the business units

Special Skills:

• Ability to achieve set targets
• Good negotiation, interpersonal relations and report writing skills
• Ability to compile and interpret reports
• Computer literacy

Experience & Qualification:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Bank
• A part qualification in Banking / CIM / CIMA / Degree
