Junior Executive HR
This position is responsible to carryout day to day HR operation while maintaining and controlling the HR practices to achieve the Vision, Mission & Values of the HR Department.
Job Profile:
- Liaise with the Heads of Divisions in forecasting the manpower requirements in order to develop recruitment strategies / policy development
- Handle matters pertaining to recruitment and selection effectively and efficiently as per Group HR guidelines
- Attend to monthly wages and salary administration, increments, bonus & incentives with Group HR and dispatch necessary documents
- Responsible for conducting monthly audits within the HR Department to ensure that all documents and databases are updated in a timely manner and report any non-compliance observed to corrective actions can be taken
- Attend to Time Administration (Staff Attendance) & Leave matters
Eligibility Requirement:
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in the field of Human Resources and experience in the healthcare sector will be a definite advantage
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognised university or an institute
- Excellent command in Computer literacy (MS Office packages)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
