• Following degree / professional qualification in Human Resources Management or following a degree in Business Management specialised in any field
• Passed G.C.E. A/L in commerce / arts stream with two "Credit" passes OR completed G.C.E. A/L in mathematics / biology stream with two passes
• Passed G.C.E. O/L with "Credit" passes for English language and Mathematics
• School leavers are encouraged to apply
