Trainee Customer Service Providers (TCSP)

The Job:
As Trainee Customer Service Providers, you will get an opportunity to launch a career in Banking and will be provided on-the-job training in the Contact Centre initially. Subsequently, you will be trained in teller and customer service functions, in a modern banking environment that prevails in our branches / departments. You will also be provided comprehensive training on all other areas of branch banking in time to come, and will become a member of the NDB Bank's professional team.

The Person:

• Should possess at least B passes for Mathematics and English in G.C.E. O/L examination in one sitting
• 3 passes (excluding English) at G.C.E. A/L examination in one sitting or part professional qualification would be an added advantage
• Be below 22 years of age
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Must be a team p layer with good communication skills
