Contact Centre Specialist

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the bank, finance or service industry preferably with the exposure to similar operation

Special Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written
  • Excellent knowledge in Telephone etiquette
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Profile:

  • Ensure that a consistently high level of service is provided to all customers reaching the Call Centre
  • Ensure that highest customer call quality is maintained throughout all customer interactions as stipulated by the Bank service standards
  • Ensure that all Internal Business Systems and processes are followed when dealing with clients
  • Suggest any improvements to processes in order to streamline processes
  • Coordinate with other support functions and provide the best possible solution to customer
  • Identify sales leads and cross sell other bank products at every opportunity
  • Ensure up-to-date product / process knowledge is a acquired and maintained through dedicated self learning
