Customer Success - Management Trainee
Being a part of the customer success team, you will be:
Working towards ensuring our customers are getting continued value from the use of our software, by passionately engaging and ensuring their success, which ultimately leads to happy customers and renewals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively conduct client satisfaction surveys to understand customer sentiment about the product
- Prepare weekly, quarterly and annual customer satisfaction reports for management to derive actionable outcomes
- Work closely with the customer support and other internal teams to get client issues and requests resolved and fulfilled in a timely manner
- Interact with our European and North American client base to build mutually beneficial sustaining client relationships.
Competencies & Skills:
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Passion and drive to be client focused
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and to focus on quality
- Excellent team working and cross-team collaboration skills
- Great attitude!
Education & Experience:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information systems, computer science or any other equivalent qualification
