Customer Care Officer (Tata Commercial Vehicle Service)
Role:
The selected candidate's responsibilities includes scheduling vehicle repairs and services for customers, attending to inquiries from customer hotline & walk-in customers and educating them regarding special service offers. He/She is expected to extend a pleasant service experience to all customers in order to build and maintain long term profitable relationships.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L qualifications
- At least 1 year working experience as a customer care officer
- Experience in automobile service sector will be an added advantage
- Sound communication skills in Sinhala and English languages. Ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to understand customer needs and converse politely
