Receptionist

The ideal candidate should possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification and a professional qualification in office administration from a reputed institute. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity is essential to perform this role. Excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills, methodical & organised, computer literacy, ability to work within a team and ability to meet deadlines are key competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and directing all visitors
  • Maintaining the reception / from office according to company standards
  • Updating and monitoring telephone extensions and mobile phone numbers
  • Assisting in other administration functions as and then required
