Management Trainees

Candidate Profile:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L
• A Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Applied Science / Marketing / Business Management from a recognised University / Institute
• Proficiency in MS Office, and skills in MS Excel is a must
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges in the market
• Creativity and innovation to act proactively
• Strong communication skills with emphasis on interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Sinhala & English)
• Perseverance towards result orientation
• Candidates from Colombo and suburbs are preferred

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working towards achieving annual predefined growth targets as a unit
• Seasonal and strategic promotions for the brands
• Having close ties between parties within and outside the organisation which enhances a smooth flow of work
• Managing, monitoring and supporting special promotional programmes and projects
