Junior Human Resources Executive

Your primary job role is to manage the entire Talent Acquisition process which includes driving sourcing and selection strategies to recruit a high quality and diverse talent pool for the current & future business hiring needs, Ensure completion of training programmes as per the published L&D calendar and Ensure completion of employee engagement activities as per the schedule.

Basic qualifications:

• HR Professional Qualification or Degree
• Should have at least 2 years experience in HR
• Out of box thinking
• Solid organisational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in managing Learning & Development
• Ability to work independently as a member of a team
• High level of initiative, strong drive to success
