Customer Care Agent - Amex Call Centre
The ideal candidate:
- Candidate should be between 18-23 years of age
- If above 23 applicant should have relevant experience
- 5 Credit passes G.C.E. O/L examination including Mathematics and English
- Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- 2 passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination excluding General English
- Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational shift basis
- Possess excellent communication skills in either Sinhala or Tamil (spoken and written)
