We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an:
HR Assistant (Operations)
The ideal candidate should be equipped with the following:
Your key duties and responsibilities:
- Administration knowledge on HRIS and attendance systems
- Coordinate with payroll and provide details on time
- Maintain employee information through HRIS system
- Coordinate with insurance company on employee insurance matters
- Assist in overall other required functions in HR Department
Your profile should be:
- Degree in HRM or equivalent
- Overall 2 years of experience in HR field
- Knowledge in MS Excel and Office packages
- Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Should have the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines in a team environment
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
