We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an:

HR Assistant (Operations)

The ideal candidate should be equipped with the following:

Your key duties and responsibilities:

  • Administration knowledge on HRIS and attendance systems
  • Coordinate with payroll and provide details on time
  • Maintain employee information through HRIS system
  • Coordinate with insurance company on employee insurance matters
  • Assist in overall other required functions in HR Department

Your profile should be:

  • Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Overall 2 years of experience in HR field
  • Knowledge in MS Excel and Office packages
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Should have the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines in a team environment
  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
