Public Relations Officer cum Cashier
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inquiries and requests for services
- Provides information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter
- Responsible for admission processes, registration or customers, reservation of appointments and other service requests
- Coordination of patients at the Out-Patient Department
- Receiving and directing patients and other visitors to respective departments and paramedical services
The ideal candidate should be 18-25 years in age and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be friendly, active member in a highly interactive team. Should be competent in working in a fully computerised environment.
