The candidates should ideally:
- be below 45 years of age
- possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA or AIB (part qualification may be considered)
- possess at least 12 years of experience in Branch Banking (exposure to business lending and international operations will be an added advantage)
- have excellent communication skills in English
- have excellent leadership and people management skills
You will be responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the branch, whilst increasing the customer share by developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities. You will also be responsible for promoting assets and liability products of the bank and also build a sound client base and maintain excellent relationships with clients and employees.
