The ideal candidate should have:
- G.C.E. O/L with a Credit Pass in English
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is essential
- Age below 30 years
- Multiple language speaking ability will be n added advantage
Job Profile:
- Provide required information and maintain good rapport with customer over the phone
- Handling incoming calls, SMS, IDD Calls and provide hospital information as required
