HR Officer - Talent Acquisition
Job Profile:
- An individual who is well exposed to the value stream of HR, from on boarding to off boarding
- Building on strong employer branding through working with cross functional teams to support in attracting proficient talent
- Liaise with the Heads of Divisions (HOD) in forecasting the manpower requirements in order to develop recruit strategies / policy
- Ensure current recruitment process is followed with zero deviations and in addition bring in value adding mechanisms to further enhance the recruitment process
Eligibility Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Management Studies
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR
- Ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills and technical skills directly related to HR Management
- Individual should be hardworking and be a dynamic team player
