Intern - HRD
You will be providing assistance to Human Resources Development team in carrying out multiple projects related to employee development and engagement within Hemas Group.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
- A part qualification in HR / final year in a management degree programme
- Proficiency in MS Office package, especially in MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and meet assigned project deadlines
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills (Tamil would be an advantage)
