Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly & professionally
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English Languages
  • Excellent customer servicing skills
  • Communication skills in the Tamil language would be an added advantage
  • Age below 23 years
